- Responsibility for client development and business expansion
- Leading multiple projects – across content, teams, and budgets

- 6–8 years of experience in strategy or top management consulting
- Strong network in the automotive space (OEMs, Tier‑1s, mobility)
- High self-motivation, leadership strength, and analytical depth

Your path to SAC – 3 steps to join the team
Our application process is lean, transparent, and respectful. We focus on your potential – not endless rounds, but meaningful conversations.
1. Initial Call
30–45 minutes – open exchange to assess your understanding of automotive and strategy consulting. You’ll also get a feel for our mindset and projects.
2. Case Interview
90 minutes – Showcase your analytical skills and strategic thinking. Solve a real automotive case and present your hypothesis, reasoning, and solution.
3. Final Round
Meet the broader team. We’ll talk about concrete projects, your development path, and any open questions. Then we decide together whether if it’s the right match.
