Your path to SAC – 3 steps to join the team

Our application process is efficient, transparent, and based on mutual respect. We want to get to know you and your potential — no endless rounds, just focused conversations with real value.

First Round

30–45 minutes — A focused, informal first conversation. We assess your understanding of the automotive industry and strategy consulting. At the same time, you gain insight into our way of thinking and into your future project work at SAC.

Case Interview

90 minutes — This is where you demonstrate your analytical skills and strategic thinking. You work on a real-world automotive consulting case. We look at how you structure problems, develop hypotheses, and present solutions.

Final Round

Final interview — You meet the extended team and partners. We discuss concrete projects, your development opportunities, and clarify all open questions. We then decide together whether a collaboration is the right fit.
